We will send you a detailed and transparent quote, specifically tailored to your data. The price includes everything with no hidden fees.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Coach Booking

What is included in the quoted price?

The price usually includes the vehicle, tax, driver, fuel, tolls, and insurance for the agreed itinerary. It typically does not include the driver's accommodation and meals for multi-day trips (unless explicitly stated).

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better!

  • For small transfers (one day): 2–4 weeks in advance.

  • For multi-day trips or large groups: At least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is defined in the terms of the offer. Generally, if the cancellation is made a significant time before the trip (e.g., 30+ days), the deposit is fully refunded. If the cancellation is made close to the departure date, a portion or the entirety of the deposit may be retained.

Can we request additional stops on the day of the trip?

Minor changes are often possible, provided they do not violate the driver's legal driving/rest time regulations. Any changes not agreed upon in advance must be approved by our company and may incur an additional charge.

What is the capacity of your coaches?

Our fleet includes vehicles of various sizes:

  • Medium Coach: 30 to 40 seats

  • Large Coach: 50 to 60 seats
